CHARACTERISTICS

ENAMEL PAINT is an alkyd resin-based finishing coating for wood and metal. It is recommended as a topcoat in protective coating systems for wooden and metal surfaces, suitable for both interior and exterior use.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Paint preparation: Stir ENAMEL PAINT thoroughly before use and dilute with an oil-based thinner as required.

Surface preparation: ENAMEL PAINT must be applied exclusively over a primer coat that has been allowed to dry for at least 24 hours. If the primer coat is older, the surface must be degreased and thoroughly cleaned of dust.

ENAMEL PAINT is ready for application after thorough stirring and, if necessary, dilution with up to 10% oil-based thinner. Apply to properly prepared surfaces by brush, roller or spray gun.

The optimal application temperature is between 15°C and 25°C. Allow 12–24 hours of drying time between coats.

STORAGE

Store in tightly closed and undamaged original packaging, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
