The wooden surface must be clean, dry (max. 15% moisture), sanded with sandpaper of grit 80–120, and thoroughly dusted. Before application, it is mandatory to apply an Acrylic varnish (see TDS) to ensure good adhesion to the substrate. NORDWOOD is ready to use and only needs to be stirred well. Apply with a brush, roller, or by spraying along the wood grain, at a rate of 100–120 g/m² for the first coat. After 3–4 hours of drying, apply the second coat (80–100 g/m²). If the first coat dries for more than 10 hours, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper grit 320. Application should be carried out at temperatures between 14°C and 30°C, avoiding rain for at least 10 hours after application. For spraying, the product may be diluted with up to 5% water. Before use, a test application on a small piece of wood under the same conditions and technique to be used is recommended, as different tools may affect the final appearance. Use the product before the date indicated on the packaging. Store in tightly closed containers, away from direct sunlight for optimal preservation. Maintain storage temperature between 15–25°C. Do not freeze. Store remaining product in the original packaging. Keep out of reach of children. The product must not freeze.
