One-component polyurethane primer based on a reactive binder for parquet and floor coverings. It is used as a base to improve adhesion on surfaces such as concrete, plaster, wood, as well as for systems with underfloor heating. Also used as a barrier primer on concrete substrates up to a residual moisture content of 5 CM%

the surface must be dry, firm, clean and free of dust and grease. Remove all parts that can affect adhesion as well as other unstable parts, remains of paints and varnishes, floor coverings, etc. Before use, leave the primer to adjust to room temperature. Primer is applied with a short-haired roller or a fine brush. For highly absorbent substrates, apply the primer in two layers. Apply the second layer only after the first layer has completely dried (approximately 1 hour). If the primer is used as a moisture vapour barrier, it must be applied in 3 layers until the substrate is completely saturated only by using reactive adhesives PARFIX PU 101, PU 71, EPU 91 and SMP HYBRID. Glue the parquet on a clean surface within 24 to 72 hours. If used on heated subfloors residual moisture must be below than 2,50%.

As an example: 90-150g/m² depending on the roughness and absorbency of the substrate and the application method. As a moisture barrier: 220-300g/m² depending on roughness and absorbency of the substrate and the application method
