Product ID: 24212005 - Anti-corrosion quick-drying paintQUICK-DRYING ANTI-CORROSIVE PAINT is a primer designed for corrosion protection and is recommended as a base coat for subsequent finishing coats in protective coating systems for steel structures and other metal components, suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can also be used as a standalone protective coating for steel structures.
Substrate: The metal surface must be sound, clean and free from dust. Before applying the paint, minor imperfections and dents should be filled with metal filler and sanded, after which the entire surface must be thoroughly degreased.
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Stir the paint thoroughly and dilute with an oil-based or nitro thinner, depending on the desired drying speed. Apply QUICK-DRYING ANTI-CORROSIVE PAINT to properly prepared surfaces by brush, roller or spray gun.
The optimal application temperature is between 10°C and 25°C. The coating is air-dry within 15–30 minutes and fully dry after 24 hours. The next coat may be applied after 3 hours or after 6–8 weeks.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Storage: Store in tightly closed and undamaged packaging at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, protected from direct sunlight.
