OLIWAX BOND 2K
two-component oil for coloring wooden surfaces before varnishing
Product ID: OLIWAX BOND 2KIt is intended for parquet, wooden floors, stairs, furniture, and other interior wooden surfaces. It provides even wood toning, highlights the natural wood structure, and creates a high-quality base for the finishing lacquer. It is especially suitable for large surfaces due to its easy application, fast drying, and the fact that it leaves no overlapping marks.
The surface must be dry, clean, evenly sanded and free from dust. Recommended final sanding grit for oak: 100–120. Before use, thoroughly mix Component A, then mix 6 parts of Component A with 1 part of Component B. Mixing ratio: 6 : 1. Homogenize the mixture thoroughly. The prepared mixture has a pot life of approximately 3 hours. Apply the product by rubbing it into the surface using an oiling pad. After application, remove excess product with a dry white pad. Consumption: 15–20 g/m² on oak surfaces.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Room and product temperature: minimum 18°C. High air humidity prolongs the drying time.
DRYING:
At 20°C and 60% relative humidity: drying time: minimum 6 hours. After complete drying, the surface is ready for lacquering.
SAFETY:
Use in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves. Cloths and pads soaked with oil may cause spontaneous combustion. After use, wash them, soak them in water or dispose of them safely.
