Stir well before use!

IMPORTANT: Cover all windows during application. Do not expose OLIWAX LED Oil to direct sunlight. When exposed to direct sunlight, OLIWAX LED Oil will cure and become unusable! OLIWAX LED Oil is a hard wax oil for finishing wooden surfaces. OLIWAX LED Oil is designed for rapid curing using the advantages of LED technology. Like all OLIWAX products, OLIWAX LED Oil is based on specialized OLIWAX technology, combining the unique characteristics of OLIWAX Color Oil with the advantages of LED technology.

Industrial application:
01 Sand the surface with sandpaper up to a maximum grit of 120.
02 After sanding, remove all dust from the surface.
03 Using a roller coating system, apply 1 coat of OLIWAX LED Oil.
04 Using 2 pads and 2 brushes, spread the oil evenly over the surface.
05 Pass the surface through an industrial LED curing unit.
06 Repeat the process until the desired finish is achieved.

Manual application – Untreated surface:
01 Sand the surface with sandpaper up to a maximum grit of 120.
02 Remove all dust from the surface and clean it using OLIWAX Surface Care.
03 Once the cleaned surface is dry, apply a small amount of OLIWAX LED Oil using a cloth or a polishing machine with a thick red pad.
04 Work in small areas of 5–10 m².
05 Allow each area to absorb the oil for a few minutes, then remove all excess oil using a cloth or a polishing machine with a thin white pad.
06 After the entire area has been treated with OLIWAX LED Oil, cure it using an on-site LED curing unit or a handheld LED curing unit for hard-to-reach areas and furniture.
07 Work according to a carefully planned pattern, as the initial curing is very important for achieving a durable and long-lasting result. Do not walk on uncured areas of the surface.

Wash hands after working with OLIWAX LED Oil. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Keep out of reach of children. Causes serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. Contaminated work clothing must not be allowed out of the workplace. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

3. Apply 1 coat of OLIWAX LED Oil with a roller.

4. Using 2 pads and 2 brushes, evenly distribute the oil.

5. Pass the surface through the LED Curing Industry Unit.

6. Repeat the process until the desired appearance is achieved.

Manual application (untreated surface):

1. Sand the surface up to grit 120.

2. Remove all dust and clean the surface with OLIWAX Surface Care.

3. Once the surface is dry, apply a small amount of OLIWAX LED Oil using a cloth or polishing machine with a thick red pad.

4. Work on smaller areas of 5–10 m².

5. Leave the oil for several minutes to allow the wood to absorb it, then remove excess oil using a cloth or machine with a thin white pad.

6. After the entire surface has been treated with OLIWAX LED Oil, cure it using the LED Curing On-Site Unit or a handheld LED unit for hard-to-reach areas and furniture.

7. Work in an organized and systematic manner – initial curing is crucial for the durability and quality of the final finish.

Do not walk on uncured parts of the surface.
