PARFIX Natural wax
Product ID: 24186006 - PARFIX Natural waxWood coating based on natural oils and special waxes
PARFIX Natural Wax is a decorative finishing coating for wood, produced from a combination of high-quality natural oils and special types of wax. It is a completely natural, environmentally friendly product that contains no solvents and does not release unpleasant odours. It is intended for the decorative protection of interior wooden surfaces, such as solid wood furniture, wall panelling and similar applications.
PARFIX Natural Wax gives wood a high-gloss finish and enhances its natural texture and beauty. It also provides a particularly pleasant feel to the touch. The coating is highly durable, long-lasting and resistant to wear.
Before application, the wooden surface must be dry, thoroughly sanded and free of dust. Sanding with 150-grit sandpaper is recommended. Afterwards, wipe the surface with a damp (not wet) cloth, allow it to dry, and sand it again.
Stir PARFIX Natural Wax thoroughly before use, then apply it using a lint-free cloth.
Apply the wax evenly, leaving a thin layer on the wooden surface. Wait 10–15 minutes, then remove all excess wax with a dry, absorbent cloth and polish thoroughly. Wait 24 hours, then lightly sand the surface. Remove all dust and apply another thin coat. After 5 minutes, remove all excess wax and polish thoroughly until a satin sheen is achieved.
For hardwood species, two coats are sufficient, while softwood species require a third coat.
The treated surface is touch-dry after 24 hours and fully dry three days after application (at an ambient temperature of approximately 20°C). Low temperatures and high air humidity significantly extend the drying time. Do not apply the wax under conditions of extreme exposure to direct sunlight.
Depending on the type of wood, its preparation and the application method, approximate consumption ranges from 20 ml/m² to 70 ml/m².
Store the product in its tightly closed original packaging. Protect from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Dispose of packaging residues as household waste. Before disposal, always soak them with water, as spontaneous combustion may occur at extremely high temperatures.
