CHARACTERISTICS

Unsaturated polyester resin which, together with the hardener, fibreglass mat, brush and mixing container, forms a complete repair kit.

Recommended for repairing damaged areas and filling holes in metal components (car bodywork, building structures, etc.), fibreglass and plastic components (car bumpers, boat hulls, sanitary elements, etc.), as well as concrete, ceramics and wood.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Prepare a small quantity of the mixture using approximately 250 g of polyester resin and 6 g of hardener(approximately 120 drops). Mix thoroughly and apply a thin layer with a brush to the dry, degreased and sanded surface to be repaired.

Place a layer of fibreglass mat over the applied mixture and brush over it again until the mat is thoroughly saturated. Remove any air bubbles that may appear during application.

To obtain a thicker laminate, repeat the procedure by adding additional layers of fibreglass mat and saturating each layer with the mixture until the desired thickness is achieved.

Pot life: approximately 10 minutes at 20°C.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Coverage: One set is sufficient to repair approximately 0.63 m² at a layer thickness of 1 mm.

TOOL CLEANING

Clean tools with acetone. Once fully cured, the repaired areas can be sanded and painted with a suitable coating.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

12 months when stored in the original packaging under dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
