CHARACTERISTICS

Designed for building and repairing all types of solid-fuel fireboxes, including cookers, fireplaces, stoves and similar heating appliances. It is also suitable for joining flue pipes during chimney construction.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

Pour the dry component into a suitable rigid container, then add the liquid component and mix thoroughly. Mix at a ratio of 3:1 – 1 kg of sodium silicate solution per 3 kg of fireclay powder.

After 5–10 minutes, apply the prepared mixture to previously cleaned surfaces. Slightly dampening the surfaces before application is recommended. Shape the firebox as required by hand.

Do not light the stove for at least 24 hours after completing the repair. It is recommended that the first firing be carried out at a low intensity.

Set contents: 4 kg (3 kg powder + 1 kg sodium silicate solution).
